It makes a wonderful salad base, but we can do so many more exciting things with Arugula.
Apple, Pecan Arugula Salad with dried cranberries, red onion and a from scratch vinaigrette
Warm Arugula and Potato Salad with a grainy mustard
Arugula and Walnut Pesto served with sautéed pork tenderloin from the farm.
All Participants will enjoy participating in the cooking, tasting and full recipes for tonight’s menu as well as a selection of organic wines and sparkling water.
