Rebecca Fletcher Denney
Founder, Paleolicious. Rebecca began Paleolicious in September of 2015 as a catering and gluten free granola business. Rebecca was thrilled when the opportunity arose to open the doors to the café at Scripps in September 2017. Rebecca is a wife and mother of three sons, Aiden, Evan and Cameron.
Our Catering Team
We are blessed with part team catering team that helps us where and when we need it! Here Kelly Kidd and Alexandra Kerns are preparing for a wedding reception at the Sanctuary in Newport.
Café Manager at the Scripps Center. Terry came to Paleolicious as a 10 year veteran and District Trainer from Starbucks. Highly treasured by us at Paleolicious, she always has a smile, a creative recipe idea and a great story about Charlie, Raven or Sugar.
Bartending Services are available upon request. We are thrilled to have Cheryl Boyd providing this service for us. She creates and customizes cocktails for your event, including organic wines, all natural mixers, gluten free beer, and all of your other favorites. Lovely and knowledgable, she is an asset to our team!
